This Application converts a text_file to a basic HTML page, with standard header, ready for putting on to the WWW. Just use !HTMacroL to insert italic, bold, centring etc.
It may help anyone entering a fair amount of text to a Home Page etc.
This text_file was created on !Publisher and saved (obviously!) with no styles etc.
It was created purely as a demonstration of converting text files to HTML source files. The length of the line on screen before a line break is inserted is determined in the !Run file. Four widths are catered for - sorry about the silly spellings, but this is how the main program picks up the variable 'width%'. It measures the LENGTH of the name passed from the runfile. Ninty = 5 / Eighty = 6 / Seventy = 7 / sickxsty = 8. The program detects this and sets width% to 90/80/70/60 accordingly. Without a PRM, I'm not sure how to do this more cleanly. Can anyone oblige, please?
